Then a Harare Scouter in the blue shirt, to the right is John Richardson, Megan Jones, Mr Dave Anderson; to the left of the blue shirt is Cub Commissioner Niaomi Connolly, a Harare scouter (?), and past Gordon Park Camp Commissioner Mike George. Norman Scott is giving a speach. Waiter Graham Ross is standing holding a plate, Mrs McNiellage to the left, (?), and Mrs Williams far left. Chief Scout Of Zimbabwe John Landau presents a Wood Badge; Matabelelands Provincial Commissioner Chuck Wilcox is sitting far left. International Commissioner Chas Martin helps put the scarf on. 7/20th Scouts cooking round a fire supervised by Scout Leader Cliff Payne (?). The tents are pitched in the Bowl camping ground; the water slide - Chris Lombard is climbing in the tree to the right. John Jones (?) is going hand-over-hand under a rope; Graham Williams in a white t-shirt climbing across a deep donga on a rope ladder; Bulawayo Sea Cadets from H.M.S.
