1978-10-28 Des Classen - Bulawayo Scout JOTA station Making contact with scouts at Umtali during the Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) at Christian Brothers College Bulawayo, yesterday is Grant Wallace of 11th Riverside Scout Troop. On his left is Mr Des Classen, co-ordinator of JOTA. About 300 Bulawayo scouts have been camping t the College since Friday. Over the weekend, it was hoped that JOTA stations set up in Rhodesia's main centers, including the one at the college, would contact with scouts in other parts of the world.
