1. FIRST AID.

a) Noted that Mr J.Felgate will handle First Aid.

2. PARTICIPATION

Mr Fyfe reported on his discussions at Commissioners Conference where it was indicated that Provinces other than Matabeleland would endeavour to send approximately 50 boys to EXPAT. With Matabeleland participating there should therefore be a total availiability of approximately 90 scouts.
From this number we should achieve an attendance of 50 to 60 boys. Mr Carlisle emphasised the importance of stressing to Provincial Commissioners the need to abide by the age restrictions particularly as the event is going to be a tough one beyond the capabilities of boys under 14.

3. SCARVES

A Scarf emblem designed by N.Scott was accepted and handed to D.Anderson for further investigation. It is anticipated that 200 badges will be required and Mrs Fulton is to obtain color samples of a suitable material.
4) ASSEMBLY POINT. Mr Anderson to approach the B.S.A.P. with a view to utilising the Drill Hall as an assembly point for the first day of Expat.

5. AFTER DINNER SPEAKER

Mr G.Caw is to approach Dr Child, director of National Parks and Wild Life, inviting him to be the speaker at the Expat Dinner.

6. PROGRAMME

The program was considered at length and duties allocated. Appreciation was expressed to Mr Carlisle for the enormous amount of work he had put into the preperation of the program.

7 NEXT MEETING to be held at Provincial Headquarters on Monday 10 April at 8pm.
