Dear Committee Member,

I am enclosing a summarized version of the Expat '72 programme which details the various events allocated to staff members. Please study this paper, bearing in mind that it is only a summary of the original programme as prepared by the Director of Projects and Programme, and ensure it is correct as far as you are concerned.

I am also enclosing a summarised list of duties to be undertaken. This is an open ended list and will no doubt be increased. However, I do not think it too soon to commence preparations for the many jobs involved.

I do not intend calling a meeting until towards the end of June when we should have an indication of participants. However, if you feel an earlier meeting will be advantageous, please let me know.
