1981-08-25 Zimfari Scout Camp The Girl Guides and Boy Scouts Association of Zimbabwe will hold an international safari next year to commemorate the 75th annaversary of the founing of Baden-Powells youth movement. Its hopes about 1000 Guides and Scouts from all over the world will attend Zimfari '82, which is planned to run from August 14 to September 4. The Safari will be held at two camps - Inyanga and Matopos - with guests spending time at each camp as hosts of the Zimbabwe Guide and Scout Movement. In their latest newsletter, the Associations appeal for assistance in catering, transport, food and drink, accommodation, as well as cash.
